problem on refrence planes

hi,

I am very basic beginner in cad tools.
whwn i am using catia i encountered a strange problem..
viewing in orthogonal view.. the refrence plane in offset to he xy seems tilted.
View the image down.. its in orthogonal view. to be viewed as a line but not

Can anyone help me

In the View menu on the top of the CATIA window, go to RENDER STYLE and verify you are in PARALLEL mode. Your attached image looks like it might be perspective.
