Problem with Mathcad 13 Odesolve

I'm using Mathcad 13 and the Odesolve function for a system of differential equations. It gives me an error "This value must be a function, but has the form: any1" in the Odesolve statement, referring to the left hand side of the definition. I saw someone posted this problem in 2007, but that thread is closed.

Any help is appreciated.
