problem with mesh

I doing 2D simulation of electromotor in ansys. But i have one problem with mesh.I mesh it(rotor and stator component). When rotate the rotor of motor for 1.5 degrees i lost connection between nodes. These is the reason that solution dont converge.

Have you any idea how can repair it?
