Problem with "Swept" feature: can't set tolerance = 0

In the past, one could set the tolerance on a swept feature to "0" in order to get sharp edges (ie: imagine sweeping between 2 cross rectangular sections).

In NX4.0.3.3 MP01, I am getting an error:

"Special usage of zero tolerance is no longer supported. Use Preserve Shape toggle instead."

Problem is, the toggle doesn't seem to achieve the sharp, consistent edges as the zero tolerance method used to.

Any suggestions on how to work around/fix this?

I just tested this using a simple swept model (a pair of rectangles drawn on parallel planes rotated 45 degrees from one another with a line between the centers of the rectangles as the guide curve for the sweep) created in NX 3.0.5.3 using Zero (0.000) Tolerance and then opening this file in NX 4.0.3.3 and creating another swept model selecting the same guide and profile curves using the 'Preserve Shape' option. I then used Analysis -> Diviation -> Face to Face and checked that faces of the first body created in NX 3 versus the one created in NX 4 and they were identical (no diviation was found between the faces).

I don't know what else to say without seeing your model.
