I am making a coupled temperature-electrical-structural model for Spark Plasma Sintering.
I have used abaqus standard.

I did a coupled temperature-electrical model beforehand and it worked well.
But the new 3 way coupling model is showing too many errors.-

1. SURFACE INTERACTION horizontal gra-gra contact, ASSOCIATED WITH ONE OR MORE CONTACT PAIRS WITH SURFACES HAVING UNDERLYING ELEMENTS WITH ELECTRICAL, TEMPERATURE, AND DISPLACEMENT DEGREES OF FREEDOM, DOES NOT HAVE ANY ELECTRICAL INTERACTION DEFINED. NO ELECTRICAL INTERACTION WILL OCCUR.

Some of my parts were divided into cells. I defined contact where 2 parts touch each other. Do i need to define contact between cells within a part as well?[/i]

2. The request for mises output will be replaced by a request for s output.

3. Strain output request le is not valid for some elements in this analysis. This request is switched to the strain measure, e.

4. 11 elements are distorted. Either the isoparametric angles are out of the suggested limits or the triangular or tetrahedral quality measure is bad. The elements have been identified in element set WarnElemDistorted.

5. Displacement increment for contact is too big.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

ya these are warning. the model didn't converge.

the error message was-

"too many attempts made for this increment"
