How long does SolidWorks run without crashing after you reboot and have no other apps running? I reboot once a day because of issues like yours. Bradley

conniem,
Did you remember to install SolidWorks with your Virus protection off? Bradley

Yes I did. I found out that when I run Solidworks locally it runs just fine. But when we use Timbuktu to access it remotely is when it messes up. We were using a Matrox video card and I did check the site at Solidworks and they talked about Matrox being tested. Our driver was newer than the one they tested. We loaded the last tested driver but still had the same problem. We are changing to a Wildcat video card. We hope that solved our problem.
