Problems with Sectional cast Iron Boilers

I have presently have 2 Burnham V-11 Cast Iron sectional Water boilers. I have a leaking section. During replacement the new section will not line up with the existing sections.I have heard that this is a common problem with Burnham boilers.The manufacturer will not warranty and tells me that the sections are warped.
Any one with similar experiences and solutions.
