I'm experiencing a problem where, even though I've set the Product Interface option set to "Restrict Selection to Only Interface Objects", I am still able to select and create Associative WAVE links to non-published geometry.
For example, I have a part containing a spline (created Thru Points) and a body extruded from that spline. I published the Spline to the Product Interface with the intent of copying it to other parts. However, in the other part, when making a WAVE link with Type set to "Composite Curve", I am allowed to select OTHER curves than the Spline, including Face Edges, which are then associatively WAVEd in.
Can anyone duplicate this behavior and/or explain what's going on?
Thanks.
