I have an assembly within which the axis system that appears under measure distance, projected distance, has disappeared. The tape measure ribbon has disappeared also. I am working in NX7.5. Is there a way to turn this off and on? It is a very good visual aid and makes picking the direction along a standard axis quick and easy. The same axis system has dissapeared in the assemblies move component command. I opened another part and it is still visible there. I also did a show hide to show all to make sure it wasn't hidden. I hope someone knows how this can disappear.

The axis and the 'tape measure' are not retained after you leave the dialog. However, there is an option in the 'Results Display' section of the dialog where you can retain the 'Dimension' as well as a graphical representation of the distance between the measured points.

I don't have a problem with it not being retained after I leave the dialog box. I would like it to be visible and available while I am in the dialog box and it is not. I tried show dimension and create line "results display" and I don't get any graphical representations nor does the dimension stay. I only get the distance shown in the standard box. I had someone else open this assembly and they have the same issue with the "axis" and "tape measure" not showing up.
