Prominent Beta BT4a 1

Hi there.
I am running a project which involves the installation of one PROMINENT DOSING PUMP type BT4a (Beta Solenoid Diaphragm Dosing pump). I search in the OEM site and i beleive that this type of pump cannot run with an external signal of 4-20 mA. Can you confirm this ?

It appears to be a pump designed for on-off control with displacement adjustment achieved by mechanical adjustment of the stroke length. It doesn't have a 4-20mA input. Why wasn't this apparent from the datasheet or from telephoning the manufacturer?

First of all thank you very much for your response.
For me it was clear but the supplier sent it wrong.
I usually take Prominent Gamma/L or Sigma and control the dosing rate with a standard 4-20 mA signal from a PLC analog output. I am afraid that it would be difficult to change a 4-20 ma signal to pulses (20ms each ) and drive the pump.
