proof load for 7/8-16 UN-2A

I want to calculate the proof load/clamping load for 7/8-16 UN-2A thread/ SST 304-ASTM A276/ cold finished.
Also, I have to calculate the torque for dry condition for a thread engement of .375
Thank you.
