@FoMCoMoFo
just wondering what you ended up doing with your 460 on propane. Were you able to use the cooling power of the evaporating propane to cool the intake air in a way to produce meaningful results?

I am currently trying to do that (cool intake air enough to increase the air/fuel charge density) with a naturally aspirated 390 FE Ford in an old Mustang. It may be hopeless but I thought of having a coolant flow/loop from the evaporator to a water-to-air intercooler so instead of wasting that coolness on reducing the engine coolant temperature I would use it to cool the intake air.

Any feedback on this idea welcome. Thanks.

Maybe he will respond? Who knows.
