Properties estimation software

Hello,

Does anyone know any software (preferably freeware) for estimating physical and equilibrium properties of substances/mixtures (for instance, using UNIFAC, NRTL, etc)?

I've found some Excel sheets in Google for estimating the activity coefficients but it isn´t exactly the same (if anyone is interested I can share them)...
