proportional relief valves on control panels and skids

1. Can any one advise me ,If it is necesary to test and tag proportional relief valves like (swagelok-R series) fitted on control panels of well heads and chemical injection skids on a regular frequency.

2.If we do not need calibration of proportional relief valves how can we justify.

1) If the relief valve is just protecting non-pressure vessel components inside the control panel, then there's no mandate to include it in the periodic inspection/testing program. However, before excluding it from the testing program, the installation should be reviewed to understand the purpose of the relief device. Once that's done, assess whether it's tolerable for the relief device to not function properly. Then, make your decision based on that answer.

2) I don't understand the question.
