For your information, our company has tested and qualified the following system for atmospheric exposure in an arid environment:
1. Polyamide epoxy primer 50 microns
2. Polyamide epoxy hi build intermediate 100 microns
3 Aliphatic polyurethane topcoat 50 microns
Total DFT: 200 microns.
Thermal spray aluminium could also be an option for you.

The Two coats 2 & 3 can be replaced with a surface tolerant coating such as Amerlock 400.
Yuo have to be also carful about the application of the coating at that high temperature. You need to have a flexible system that can be applied at a surface. Most epoxies at this tempurature will dry very fast.
XDa you must advise us whether or not the coating application will be done to a live line operating at 95C or not.
If done to a live line at 95C then the reactive resins contained within their (vankami & SJones) recommended formulations will very quickly breakdown and create severe pinholing and potential charring of the wet film causing it to be unusable.
If however the application is to be done to a shut-in line then either one of the three recommended coating systems may be appropriate.
The novolac- based epoxy coating, being 100% solid in nature, is the only one that can offer a one coat application.
