i am new in this field. i want to know about PSV sizing for different case. plaese help me in this regard.

Could you be a bit more specific, please, as to what you want help with? If, perhaps, you're looking for general guidelines / rules / sizing equations, I'd suggest consulting API RP 520 (part 1) and 521. Those documents provide plenty of details in concise language.

If, after that, you have specific questions, I'll do what I can to help.
 
dear sir,
i want to know PSV sizing for two cases, first one for fire case and second for tube rupture in heat exchange.
sir please give me guidence in this regard.

As colemanstoops mentioned, you should refer to API guidelines and calculations for both fire case and tube rupture case.
