PT Slab on Grade, Grade Beam Horizontal Joint

Slab is a typical waffle PT slab on grade. Does anyone know about the forces in the grade beams if a horizontal joint is installed? As in pouring the grade beams first with draped cables then the 4" PT slab on top. Leaving 8" at perimeter for slab cable installation. I am concerned about the shear transference.

Are there any hairpins from the ribs up into the slab?

Yes, using the center-lift moments I'm calculating #5 hairpins at 5" oc.
