PT Tendon in compression region of RC Beam

I am not sure how to find moment strength when there are PT tendons at the top of the beam cross-section. Do I treat it the same way as compression rebar in strain compatibility?

Is it a bonded or unbonded tendon?

It will never be the same as a normal rebar as it has an initial prestress P/Asp, which is 0 for a reinforcing bar.
