@OP, just for your info i think you should be aware that this is a "generic plot plant for a chemical facility" not a PTA/PET plant specifically. It was made to illustrate what a plot plan is.

But considering the nature of your question i guess it wont matter much.

Yes, I completely understood that the its not a sample of PET and PTA plants. I could not find any sample yet. If you can help me in this regard I would be highly appreciated.

You can go to google hearth and find real plot plans of real units

You won´t recieve here a real diferent answer, other than the one I gave you. If you are a studant, go to a refinery for instance, if you are a professional go to an engeneering group.
