Hello,

I'm looking for a manifold made of PTFE/PFA to connect PTFE/PFA tubing. The best for me would be to have the tube "plastic welded" to that manifold but I am not really familiar with this technology. The assembly would be pressurized at 6bar at ambient temperature. The tubing have a 1/8" OD and I need a manifold with 40 to 100 outlet (tubes) for a single inlet.

Would you know a company that would sell / do job like that? I have a workshop here so I can do stuff myself, but I'm not really familiar with plastic and the techniques to assemble them.

Any help is welcome.

Thanks

I'd wonder why you want a welded manifold, versus one made with tube fittings (compression fittings or push-to-connect types), so that damaged tubes could be replaced without throwing out the whole manifold and its attached tubes.

btrueblood, thanks for the link. Main reason: weight! I have a manifold with tube fittings right now, but I need to loose the weight.
