Pulverizers Blockage

Somebody has experience on the blockage of mills, specifically on the atrita mills, in my work I have had blockage in the mills.

Where? Are you talking feed, discharge, or within the mill shell itself?

Hi Johnp, is right your observation, is inside the mill exactly within the mill shell (grid). Sometimes i´ve had positive pressure in the feeder.

The diaphragm plates in the mill must have got clogged. Clean them up. also check the ID fan performance.
