In vertical multi stage condensate pump drawing, guide bearing has fit 120H8/f9. When I calculate it is clearance fit with
Min clearance: .036mm
Max clearance: 0.177mm

Where as in Pump instruction book of same vendor, nomianal clearances for guide bearing are as under
Min clearance : 0.15mm
Max clearance: 0.4mm

Kindly educate me whether my calculations are correct and if yes, then why two values are different?
If my calculations are wrong then what is mistake?

Maybe the vendor doesn't known what they are doing.
As usual the first port of call should be the vendor - who else is better qualified to advise on their own product?

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)
