Pump Head - how to figure.... help.....

Can someone give the equation to determine the pump head in feet required to pump a liquid ( nitric acid - 98 %) about 350 feet with a 10 feet rise and a bunch of 90's - I am lost - stuck - i know it isn't too hard -

To keep your project simple do a search on the internet for "friction loss." You should get a lot of hits. This is one of many that I just got:

This link give friction losses based on viscosity.

please provide some further details
of your proposed pumping system as follows:

-Pump flowrate = ??? gpm
-Is the fluid level on the suction side of
the pump below or above the pump suction
centreline ???
Also state how far below or above the pump
suction centreline the fluid is.
-Is the fluid discharged to atmosphere at
the other end of your pipe into a tank ???
-Provide the viscosity of the fluid in centistokes
or mm2/s if possible ?
-Provide fluid density if possible ?

Come back with above data & details & we should
be able to come up with a solution...
