Hi All,
First Hello to all,I need from a little help. Does anyone know what type is this pump? In first time I think that this is Immersion pump or multistage with long shaft, but it looks like multistage ejection pump. I`m difficult to find a manifacture for this type a pump. The fluid is Marlotherm oil with 350-400 C. Thank you for all oppinion.

If you open it you will know for sure, but to me, it looks like a simple single stage immersion pump. The multiple sections are probably to allow adding impellers in parallel for more flow capacity. Given the operating temperature, a single larger casing might be more prone to crack. This style of pump is common in lab circulator baths. There are no seals in these pumps.

What ever it is, it looks old and a pretty crude attempt of being a pump.
You would be better sorting out the pump requirements, ie flow and head required and looking for something modern to replace it.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

It looks like it could be a vertical multi-stage "ring section" pump. Each of the sections you see is a ring that could have an impeller in that section.

Something like the attached KSB pump.

However it does appear to have some unusual discharge piping, etc. It is also fairly small.

The OP's problem speaks to the need to have a well maintained documentation system where the the manufacturer's O&M manuals, drawings, etc are kept on record. Also if the pump came as part of a "packaged" system the need to make sure you get proper documents from the package system supplier.

Thank you for the support! ;)
Yes, this pump is part of old machine, that have one my client, but they bay it from Germany before years second hand, and they don`t have a documentation. They have a fire in factory, and now they need to replace it this pump.
KSB option is good but i need to check are they have a smaller pump, this one have flow rate 5 m3/h. In another case I think that and horizontal ejection pump can be good option.
Thanks again!
