pump vendors (high temperature fluids)

i am looking for pumps that can deliver at process fluid temperatures of 95 deg Celcius and above. Any leads on vendors in the US or Europe highly appreciated.

What head available and required? What flow rate is required? Process fluid properties - density, viscosity, bubble point, is it abrasive or chemically agressive? Toxicity? Flammability? Any odd rheological properties?

95 deg C is fairly trivial on its own.

If hydrocarbons, then you should have API 610 pump; several manufacturers:
Flowserve, ITT-Goulds, Sulzer, Clyde-Union, KSB are all solid manufacturers that have been building these for many years.

As Matt says, the 95degC is not much of a problem at all in itself; lots of pumps can handle that. Style of pump will be determined by the flow, head, and fluid properties.

Tell us a little more about those and pump selection will be much easier.

submersible pump required for a power plant. Fluid is mainly hot water (95 - 100C), not toxic or inflammable and it needs to be pumped from a tank to a height of about 5meters. Average flow rate: 100 m3 per hour. Frequent breakdown of present pumps (electric motors) because of temperature. Looking for a new vendor.

Is this pump for steam condensate?
What about the suction and discharge tank pressure?
Is your pressure pump motor of submersible type?

This doesn't seem like a difficult service - going to an API-610 pump might be overkill but at least it would have lower NPSH. Almost any pump should be able to handle this, but sealing with hot water might be causing some flashing across the pump seal resulting in premature seal failure. Almost any pump vendor should be able to help you with this service....you could always talk to a boiler shop and see what they are using for BFW pumps.

Submersable pumps don't like hot sumps.

The motor cannot reject enough heat. Lubrication breaks down.

About 130-140 C is the maximum any submersible can take.

Try a different type of pump

Can you use a cantilever sump pump ?
