pump with the motor rated current

we have installed new pump with 22kw/44 amp based on:
180 m3/hr
25 m
18 kw (pump curve)

measured amp is 44,Is that means pump running right to the BEP?

Yes, if you have selected your pump based on design operating point at BEP.

I agree with quark. If 18kw is the operating point selected for BEP, 22kw would be to the right. 22kw corresponds to 44A at nameplate voltage which is what you measure.

A more precise estimate of motor performance would come from measuring the input voltage. If actual voltage were in the range of 88% nameplate, than your 44A could correspond to 18kw. Even more precise would be to measure voltage unbalance and power factor, and apply assumed efficiency based on nameplate for purposes of estimating motor output. Redundant estimate of motor output comes from using strobotach and examining the speed, than calculate output power proportional to slip using nameplate slip as a reference.

Of course the most direct measurement would be the pump flow to locate you on the curve (assuming speed is correct), and possibly pump head as a redundant check.
