Purchase/installation cost of cellular glass insulation

I'm looking for a rule of thumb/set of such rules covering the purchase price and installation costs for cellular glass insulation on a process vessel (the vessel dimensions are already well established), including sheathing (in this case, stainless steel). Peters & Timmerhaus give graphs showing the cost of pipe insulation, but that doesn't quite cut it. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest contacting a reputable industrial insulation contractor. There are often very helpful in providing cost information for free in order to build clients and bid opportunities. They know the business and local labor conditions better than most anyone.
