Is N2 is suitable For Purging LPG Tanks and its facilities or their is another techniques more effective

I dont see why not, as long as the LPG pressure is low and its all vapourized.

Give us more specific details about your tanks, piping and ambient conditions .... Purging of systems involves developing a detailed plan and implementing it

Where is in world are you located ?.... Yes, it does make a difference in the purge plan.

Will you be establishing an overall purging plan and calculating the amount of purge gas required ?

In use for many decades, "The PURGING PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES Guideline" by the American Gas Association recommends a nitrogen purge..

Carbon dioxide has been also been used in the past, but is now expensive and out of favor

The AGA documents are the most authoritative source that I know about and have been the reference sources for many decades
