QA/QC GUIDE LINE

HI....EVERY BODY,
CAN'T YOU PLS. GIVE ME A GUIDE LINE FOR QA/QC ON CONSTRUCTION. I'M A NEWLY EMPLOYED FOR THIS POSITION,I HAVE NO IDEAL ON THIS MATTER BUT I'M AN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING GRADUATE.MY SUPERVISOR REQUIRED ME TO SUBMITTE A PLAN PROGRAM ON THIS MATTER? ANY HELP IS HIHGLY APPRECIATED.

a Quality Management System cannot be set overnight... it may take one to two years to get ISO certified.

Do you have the Control Plan developed or you have to start from scrach? Nothing is difficult there but it takes time. Viktor
