QPL for SAE-AMS specs

Hi,

I'm having some trouble understanding what happened with the QPL documents that existed for the MIL qualified products when their MIL spec was s/s by the equivalent SAE-AMS.

In many of them for the QPL document there is no superseding document. Does that mean that the products in that QPL still retain qualification for their related MIL spec?

Also I have found for some SAE-AMS specs a document called PRI-QPL-AMS-X-XXXXX, emited by an association called Performance Review Institute. What is the degree of validity of those documents?

Also, I have found some products that claim to have qualification under a certain SAE-AMS in their Technical Data Sheets, but I can't find any PRI-QPL or any other document that verifies that claim. Is there any way to oficially check a list of qualified products under a certain SAE-AMS?
