There is a flyer thaqt you can download from their website which shows the difference between a typical triple offset and their quadruple design. In a typical triple offset, the disc is an angled cut through a cone shape. From a top view, the axis of the triple offset cone is angled from the pipeline axis. However, in the triple offset, when viewed from the side, the axis of the cone is parallel with the pipeline axis. The difference with teh quadruple seems to be that in the side view, the cone axis is also angled slightly from the pipeline axis. The effect is that the seat gets stretched in all directions when valve is closed. With triple offset, the sides of the seat are streched and the top and bottom do not.
