I'm looking for resources to prepare a QA/QC program for Instrumentation Construction. Ideally a program I can purchase and modify would be best. I'm looking for a program that includes procedures and test forms all instrumentation.

I tried searching ISA but was unable to find a program but I may of not looked in the correct place!

ISA has a number of publications. Depending upon if you are a manufacturer or a instrumentation consultant or a builder.

ISA has specification sheets for all kind of hardware and instrumentation.
ISA has standard test requirements for various instruments.
As an ISA member you could get a certain number of publication free each year. You could enquire more at a local chapter with your ISA associtaes.

ISO 9001 quality program information of a generic nature or ready made programs are sold by a number of vendors listed in Quality progress via;
You can explore and check the above website.

As far as QA/QC aspects are concerned there may be some overlap of activities in the two organizations.

Construction and commissioning groups usually have inspection test certificates as part of the handover process. Some operating companies have an index type database that follows engineering through startup.

I am aware of few such documents from ISA. ISA RP 76 includes analyzer inspection and acceptance testing. ISA TR 84 addresses functional testing for an SIS. ISA TR 91 addresses criticality assignment for instrumentation.
