In API 5L there are some key words that client subjected to when dealing with suppliers , but API has no criteria or references even recommendation for them:
1-Fully killed steel

3-Inclusion size
I am looking for these definitions acceptance criteria .Has anyone been experiencing same issue?I appreciate any feedback and advice.
