question on nx3 install

Hi,
we are upgrading from ug v.18 to nx3, during the install we are getting an extra admin tool window that pops up for each installation, it asks to click next then finish after the install is complete and that's it. This is a win 2k3 server on service pack 1 running terminal services. It's not a big deal we are only curious as to what this window is for?
