Quintolubric 888-68 equivalence

Just a short question:
does anybody knows if there is any equivalent oil to the Quintolubric 888-68.
Is the Quintolubric 888-68 a very special oil, with some properties that there is no other oil that could replace it?
Is shell Tellus L equivalent?
The piping will be made of SS.

The Quintolubric is a synthetic, fire resistant, biodegradeable fluid.

The Shell Tellus fluids are mineral oil based fulids.

They are not equivalent products.
