Hi all, newbie here. I was hoping to find some info about the ceramic paint protection. I am looking to manufacture my own product with the performance needed in the yachting sector. Any help with chemical makeup and chemist/labs would be great. I'm in FL. Some of the ingredients I have been aware of is Polysilaxane, Silicon dioxide, Hydrogen polymers, Cyclosilaxanes, hydrogen silaxanes. I am not sure if these are correct. Just prelim research. The near continuous movement and irregular vibration, plus the unpredictable massive stresses caused by storms and waves on every component in the yacht may cause you problems using a ceramic coating in the marine world. A single small part (a valve for example) that can move but doesn't itself bend or flex or expand or contract or is attached to something that bends and contracts or vibrates is less trouble than a longer part (exhaust muffler or pipe or deck rail or heater duct or whatever).
