Hi there. I'm new here.
Basically I am looking for a NEMA 17 or 23 sized stepper motor that can operate in the temperature of -40°C to 80°C.
Most off-the-shelf motors are only rated down to -20°C, after which the bearing grease starts to solidify.

There are a few companies that make custom motors that can operate down to that temperature, but their lead time and prices are outrageous, and they are unwilling to work with smaller quantities.
I am looking for brand names/companies/or distributors.
Many thanks on this for suggestions!

Not a big fan of LIN motors. their customer support is non-existent post covid.

Couldn't get a quote without pulling teeth.

I am guessing that your only real option is to buy a motor and then tear it down, clean the bearings, and re-lube with a good low temp synthetic grease.
