R18 Help Docs

For some reason when I try to associate R18 with hitting F1 it will not work. The only way I am able to get the Docs to work is to create a shortcut on the desktop.

I have updated my Java and tried to fix this numerous times. Has anyone else had this issue?

Slaen, Your doc level must match the SP level. You should have received Help Doc CDs at the same SP level.

Dear Slaen,
Dassault is aware of this problem and the only way around it is by going into Environment editor and creating a new user and setting the environment from Global to user. You will have a separate icon made on your desktop to access Catia. I hope this helps.
