Radial Clearance

Does anybody know what TBC stands for in roller bearing radial clearance?

Our procedure for setting the clearance in a tapered roller bearing includes a requirement to measure the clearance at Top Dead Center (TDC). I am not familiar with TBC. Are you sure it is a "B" and not a "D"? Perhaps it is a typo?

I have searched in literature, and I think TBC stands for To Be Confirmed!

The typical abbreviation for bearing clearance is RIC (Radial Internal Clearance).

I have never heard of TBC other than "to be confirmed" or "to be continued" which has nothing to do with bearing terminology.
