Radius Portion of Polyline

I’m trying to place a radius between two sections of polyline. I can’t get this portion of the polyline feature to work as the example in the documentation says it should. The Radius field always remains a gray color regardless of what I select, never turning a white color allowing me to key in the radius. I would really like to use this feature but without the radius portion it’s no good to me.

Currently we are on CATIA V5 R14 SP3 does anyone know if this is a bug with this level of code?

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

it's a bug, bypass is to use corner tool.

You need to have the GSD2 licence to enable the Radius function to work
