Railing post embedment in concrete calculations 2

I cannot find resources for railing post embedment in concrete and railing strength. There is a 1.5" DIA. railing pipe post embedding into a ramp.

Is there a factor of safety on the spreadsheet?

The calculations are done using LRFD principles and strength formulas found in ACI 318. They are not called safety factors any more but they function similarly.
