Hello everyone,
how can i model train load and which step i should use and which amplitude because i want it to be a repeated load
please help

It is impossible to answer that, because your question is very inespecific.

Have you ever used abaqus?
What are you trying to modeling? The wheel-rail? The ground? The whole train?
And... what are you looking for? Fatigue? Vibrations? Static Stresses?

i never used the program before .
i wanna model ballast deflection after a series of repeated sinsudial load
i used a pressure on a surface of the ballast about 500kpa but i dont know which proper setting to go with
 
Hey hbkhero. Try pressure load with a periodic amplitude.

i am using tabular amplitude
but i do not know how to use periodic amplitude.
i wanna simulate 10000 cycle and each cycle duration 0.02376 second
