Ram Element Concrete Design

Please I need your help, am new to Ram Element software. I want to design a 2 storey concrete building using Ram Element. I think I made all input correctly but am having a problem in the design part of it.

After analysis and I click the design button, I got a message that members are not designed. When I check the design status I will see color indicating not designed. Then if I proceed to the concrete design module (for beam) and run the design, it will run with a green pass color. But in the detailing tab I will notice that the reimbursement provided are far below the expected design reimbursement, and the same rebar pattern 10mm top and 12mm button will be provided for all the beams with different deflection values. Where exactly did I miss something and how will I get it designed accurately?

What would the design look like if you did it by hand

In all seriousness, this sounds like a borderline tech support question for Bentley. Have you tried looking in their forums or submitting a ticket? The info you've provided us is impossibly vague, but maybe you'll get lucky and someone who had a similar experience can chime in.

Oh by hand calculation and using other structural software it did give 16mm both top and bottom, or in some beams will be 12mm top and 16mm bottom. Even with Bentley Ram Structural System, the beam rebar details are different from that generated form Ram Element. I will try their forum though.
