rapiddraft printout problem 1

hi guys,
hope all of you can help me.
i have converted some of my solidworks-2001+ drawings into rapid draft format. when i try to take the printouts of these files from other pc, one bold lettered line appears on the hard copy with the messege "solidworks rapiddraft out-of-sync print" though the print preview shows it fine.can any body help me to sortout the problem or at least to remove the message from the printouts.

That message indicates that the drawing is out-of-sync with the model. You need to "load the model" to remove this message. To do that, when you open the drawing make sure to click the checkbox to load the model before clicking the open button.

thank you dhinners for your reply.
as i have mentioned earlier the model is in a PC and i want to take out the printout from another one which is not networked to the first one.so loading the model is not always possible or i will have to burn a Cd every time i want to transfer data. any way i have found a low-tech method for it. if i select part of the drawing and take the print the message does not appear.it has worked. but can it be done by some better method.

Go to "Drawings" under "Tools-->Options" under the "System Options" tab. There is a checkbox for the "Print 'Out-of sync'"... mark. Gravity is a harsh mistress.

i was not available for last 1 month. so,sorry for late reply. you have got the right solution. the problem gets solved by going throuh tools.... as you have mentioned. thanks and hats off to the expert.
