Ratio of deformation speed to wave speed error

Hello everyone,

I am conducting Coupled Eulerian Lagrangian (CEL) analysis but am getting "ratio of deformation speed to wave speed exceeds 1.0" in the part having eulerian mesh. i have mainly two questions,
1) Eulerian mesh is supposed to be fixed. Then how come it is experiencing deformations?
2) How to address this error (except changing mesh size) since the affected part is voids only.

I would double-check all the units. Also, take a closer look at those elements for which the error occurs. And make sure that both domains are properly defined.
