Hi, I'm Luthia, Indonesian
I am doing my internship in PT. Pasifik Satelit Nusantara (PT. PSN) and I got a task to know about inside of RCA702F antenna. I already browsed about that but I didn't find it. I just need what kind of antenna that RCA702F antenna use inside, how is it look like.
Anybody could help me please?

The correct model number is ANT702F. The 'RCA' appears to be a licensed brand name, but that's just a guess.

There's nothing on the 'net about what's inside, not that either of us can find.

We know that there's a low noise preamplifier because of the power injector.

The antenna might be some sort of broadband monopole printed right on the same PCB as the preamp. Perhaps an F design.

If it's FCC approved, and if you can find the FCC ID number, then you might find 'inside view' images on the FCC site.

So it's about 30 Mhz - 3GHz.

Did you know or ever see what kind of antenna they use? is it logharitmic or arithmatic?
