re-certification frequency for API 6A and API 16C equipment 1

I tray to find any clause in API 6A and 16C showing the re-certification frequency of the well control equipment covered by the both standard .
so if any one can help me to know the re-certification frequency .

Re-certification frequency is not defined by API 6A or API 16C.

The jurisdiction (government / regulator) where you are operating may have requirements that you have to follow.
