Why don’t you post what you think the fbd should be? Ie., what is your specific question?
And is this a homework problem?
 
I'm too old (retired) for a homework problem. Logically, there should be force components in x and y directions, and moment. However, I seem to think that decades ago, while in college, in one of our civl engineering 101 course, we learnt that the Axial force F would continue to stay the same magnitude (F) even after the bend in the member. I want to confirm, I remember wrong.

There will be force components in x and y directions but no moment . If you draw the X and Y components , Fx will be resisted by spring and Fy by the frictionless floor . The block will shift to the left and the displacement would be X= F/ k.
 
Thank you, HTURKAK! If X = F/K, does that mean Fx = F and not affected by the bend angle?
 
Using equilibrium equations ;The spring force will be equal to Fx . Say bend angle A ,

Horizontal component of force F , Fx= F*COS A and spring force is also Fx .
Vertical component of force F , Fy= F*SIN A which is also equal to the vertical reaction of floor .
