I have structure tree that contains a top level catproduct that is saved in a folder and under this catproduct there are multiple catparts and catproducts that reside in different folders. How can I get the all the data to load when I open the top-leve product??

If they're linked to the CATProduct, they'll open automatically.

To save all files in an assembly to a new location, you need to use File -> Save management. After you've saved the assembly where you want it, using a "save as", you can then hit the "propagate directory" button to save all linked files to the same place.

Of course, this only works if you have not already broken all of the links. If you've broken the links, reload the ORIGINAL assembly, from wherever it came from, or use the "desk" command - File -> Desk to re-link them.

Hope that helps.

Sounds like you're not using a PDM system (like ENOVIA), so make sure you have all the model folders listed in your Search Order under Tools+Options
