Looking for a suitable coating for older Aaderaa current meter pressure cases.

The cases are a steel alloy, originally epoxy coated with an elctrostatic process.

I will simply be bead blasting the old coatings, and spraying with a new paint.

These devices are submerged in in sea water for up to two years at a time. Jo Poole

Tigit,
I would suggest a Glass Flake reinforced epoxy, solventless would be best, I reckon 500 microns DFT would be appropriate
for this service. (20 mils if you are using stateside terminology.)
